  12. This archive upgrades ViNCEd 3.65 to version 3.66. To perform the upgrade,
  13. rename the ORIGINAL ViNCEd archive on your HD to "ViNCUpdate", then unpack
  14. this archive ON TOP of this. The result is the full 3.66 distribution,
  15. except for the 3.66 guide which is not included - however, not too much
  16. changed anyways.

  22. Changes made in 3.66:
  23.         Fixed the broken "Insert CSI" and "Insert ESC" sequences.
  24.         Included an italian catalog by Francesco Leoni
  25.         and Francesco Mancuso. Thanks!
  26.         Added the "Restore Window" menu item.
  27.     Added mouse wheel support for serial mice.

  33.         Included a patch for version 40.3 of "More" to fix this
  34.         nasty iconification bug.
  35.         Included the "NamedConsoleHandler" to enable ^Z for Os versions
  36.         2.0 and 2.1.
  37.         CrossDos directories are no longer cached because their date
  38.         doesn't get updated as it should.
  39.         Added the "BACK" window path "meta" argument.
  40.         Added emulation of a RAW: handler bug which can be turned off
  41.         with a new CSI sequence.
  42.         Added a special check against deadlocks on ViNCEd startup.
  43.         Fixed the ^Q and ^G keyboard functions for VT-220.
  44.         Fixed the documentation about the "send window borders" sequence.

  46. Changes made in 3.64:
  47.         Fixed only a minor glinch in the scroll lock flag and gadgets.
  48.         Except that, no changes need to be done.
  49.         Forgot to include the up-to-date locale sources in the 3.63
  50.         distribution. Sorry for that.
  51.         Included some ancient releases for curiousity.

  53. Changes made in 3.63:
  54.         Changed the behaivour of ESC in the RAW mode; a plain ASCII ESC is
  55.         now sent, ViNCEd does no longer insert its private control sequence.
  56.         However, complete control sequences are sent in the "english" mode,
  57.         including those for "Toggle ESC", "Insert CSI" and "Insert ESC".
  58.         ViNCEd sends now ESC [ instead of CSI for keyboard sequences if the
  59.         seven bit mode is enabled.
  60.         ViNCEd does no longer insert a line feed into the clipboard if a
  61.         line was word-wrapped at the right border of the window.
  62.         The line feed handling was changed. The old version emulated the
  63.         SGI winterm behaivour, which is just plain wrong. I studied five
  64.         terminal programs how to do this right, got six answers and
  65.         implemented a seventh.
  66.         Added emulation of some VT-xxx illnesses, especially handling of
  67.         zero arguments in a CSI sequence (which I hate to do like this, but
  68.         so what).
  69.         Fixed characters sent with ^C to ^F. These were just wrong. Urgh.
  70.         Fixed the ICONIFIED window path argument which did not work due to
  71.         a former, uhm, bug fix, in one of the betas. Luckey, the code was
  72.         (and still is) tolerant enough not to crash in this situation.
  73.         Fixed some bugs in scrolling borders with the cursor movement
  74.         commands.
  75.         Added a function browser to the second keyboard page of SetVNC.

  77. Changes made in 3.62:
  78.         Fixed a bug in the TAB expansion. Thanks, Andreas!
  79.         Changed the Ctrl-C logic a bit, might avoid problems.
  80.         Fixed a bug in SetVNC that might have caused crashes when
  81.         shutting down the guide.
  82.         Added "Save To" and "Load From" gadgets to SetVNC.

  85.         Added support for Massimo's external toolbutton image class,

  90. Changes made in 3.60:
  91.     Just too much. 
  92.     Except quite a lot of bug fixes, this release introduces a new
  93.     keyboard parser which allows to bind keyboard functions to
  94.     any key you like. It introduced, too, a new preferences format
  95.     that is based on plain ASCII text. Additonally, a new guide
  96.     is included which contains a FAQ (frequently asked questions)
  97.     and a new and detailed index. That's only the list of the most
  98.     important changes. More has happened.
